street noiseweak pressure
My room faced the street, the noise from traffic made it difficult to sleep before midnight. also, the shower pressure was quite weak. I struggled to rinse my hair thoroughly. the water temperature fluctuated a bit too, going from warm to cool unexpectedly. these issues did detract from an otherwise nice visit. the staff were very apologetic but the room itself could use some soundproofing and shower maintenance

the breakfast was adequate.
The room i got faced the back and seemed smaller than advertised. the noise from the street started early and woke me up each day. also, the promised afternoon tea never materialized. I'm not sure what happened with that.
